New York City Mayor Eric Adams told reporters on Monday that he’s disturbed by those celebrating the NYC assassination of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson, who was allegedly shot in the back by 26-year-old Luigi Mangione on December 4.
HOLY SMOKES: Mayor Eric Adams stuns a room full of liberals, declaring the CEO shooter was clearly radicalized by leftists to hate America.

“I’m seeing our bench is hating the team [America], and we better start acknowledging and focusing on that.”

Speaking to his fellow Democrats, the politician said, “I’m seeing our bench is hating the team [America], and we better start acknowledging and focusing on that. Think about the shooter: Ivy League, grew up in an affluent household. His manifesto clearly is showing some signs of hating. Our children are being radicalized.”
Adams continued, “I said this over and over again, and everybody’s like, ‘What are you talking about, Eric?’ Our children are being radicalized to hate America, to hate the country that put them where they are.. This person had all that one wants to have, but he hated everything to the point of shooting someone. And we better deal with the radicalization of our young people. And, you know, people could complain that I’m saying it, but I’m seeing it. I’m seeing our bench is hating the team, and we better start acknowledging and focusing on that.”
The mayor is referring to Mangione’s manifesto found by law enforcement, which reportedly expressed anti-American views.
For the cowardly act of murdering the CEO by shooting him in the back, many young Americans on the left are treating Mangione as a cult hero.
A recent poll found 41 percent of adults under 30 consider the Thompson‘s killing acceptable.
Many hardcore liberals have even commemorated the shooting with tattoos dedicated to Mangione.
Mayor Adams told reporters, “So, having dance parties celebrating the death of someone? I don’t support that.”
Adams, who has recently drawn the ire of Democrats for working with the incoming Donald Trump administration to deport criminal illegal aliens, is correct in calling out the anti-American brainwashing aimed at the nation’s youth.
