Comedian Joe Rogan “will” interview Donald Trump on his highly influential podcast, billionaire entrepreneur Elon Musk declared on X.
“It will happen,” Musk said in reply to an article that appeared on Zero Hedge, arguing Rogan has less than 25 days to conduct the interview before the election.
It will happen

Musk may have insider knowledge of the situation – his 2018 interview on The Joe Rogan Experience remains the most popular episode of the show, and he has made multiple appearances since.
Though Rogan and Trump have met UFC ringside, the UFC commentator has thus far refused to interview the former POTUS on his hugely popular platform, saying he didn’t want to help his campaign and that he preferred former independent presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., who threw his support behind Trump last month.
After appearing to endorse RFK in August, Trump commented Rogan would likely be booed at the next UFC match.
Hours later, Rogan issued a clarification on X noting he was not endorsing RFK and actually thought Trump pumping his fist and yelling, “Fight!” after getting shot was “one of the most American fucking things of all time.”
For the record, this isn’t an endorsement. This is me saying that I like RFKjr as a person, and I really appreciate the way he discusses things with civility and intelligence.

I think we could use more of that in this world.
I also think Trump raising his fist and saying… https://t.co/pzkHe9SKVS
Last month, Trump told podcaster Lex Fridman he’d likely do an interview with Rogan if asked.
“But I don’t know about doing his podcast. I guess I’d do it but I haven’t been asked and I’m not asking them. I’m not asking anybody,” Trump said.
As Election Day nears, however, Rogan may be having a change of heart.
In a recent interview with Casey and Calley Means, Rogan appeared to be open to the idea of a possible Trump interview.
From EssentiallySports.com:
Calley brought up how Trump could have a different way of dealing with things if elected this time around and how he stated that the biggest mistake of his last presidency “was not trusting his gut.” This prompted Rogan to say, “If I talk to him, my number one question would be what happens when you get in there? Like what is that experience like?” It’s likely that Rogan is curious about what a President has to deal with inside the White House once elected.
Rogan continued on his podcast, “Because no one really knows until you’re in office. They don’t tell you how it’s going to go down if you don’t make it, you know. They don’t reveal all that like, so what is that experience like and how can you prepare for it without actually being elected president?”
Rogan has not officially commented on Musk’s declaration.
A Trump appearance on Rogan’s show, which holds the title of #1 podcast in the world, would be a significant “October Surprise” moment Democrats definitely do not want to happen.
It’s going to be HUGE! https://t.co/sWSA43LLbh
