A South African court has ordered the “secret” Pfizer vaccine contract between the South African government and Pfizer from 2021 to be released, and the findings are shocking, but unfortunately not surprising.

The Pretoria High Court ruled in favor of the Health Justice Initiative group in August to compel the South African National Department of Health to provide access to all COVID-19 vaccine procurement contracts and other documents.

That judgment will not be appealed by the Ministry of Health.

“We are encouraged that the Minister and the Department of Health will not be appealing this ground-breaking judgment, and that it has undertaken to release all meeting minutes, agreements and contracts relating to its procurement of COVID-19 vaccines,” said Fatima Hassan, Director of HJI.

“This is an important day for our democracy and for opening up the process of health procurement. It sends a strong signal to powerful pharmaceutical companies and others that in South Africa, transparency cannot be bartered and is not up for sale – there really is no room for this much of secrecy in the health or any other sector.”

The substance of the Pfizer contract released September 1 reveals what many have suspected: the long-term effects of the experimental COVID mRNA vaccine were not known yet were pushed on the public anyway.

According to Clause 5.5:

Purchaser (the government) further acknowledges that the long-term effects and efficacy of the Vaccine are not currently known and that there may be adverse effects of the Vaccine that are not currently known.

The terms and conditions of the contract are presumably similar to other governments who’ve signed on with Pfizer.

So there you have it.

Governments around the world have been assuring their citizens that the COVID-19 vaccines are “safe and effective” while simultaneously signing contracts acknowledging the very opposite.

This likely explains why governments have been so adamant to keep these contracts from reaching the public.

Two years later, it’s now known that the vaccines can cause a litany of severe adverse reactions, including myocarditis, pericarditis, Guillain-Barré Syndrome, and Thrombosis with Thrombocytopenia Syndrome.

And despite the contract’s now-public smoking gun admission that the vaccines’ long-term effects aren’t known, the FDA is still moving ahead with approving Pfizer’s new round of experimental vaccines while the media ramps up COVID hysteria heading into the fall.
