Photographers captured a cheat sheet given to Joe Biden by his handlers at the G20 summit, which again orders him to sit down, weirdly capitalising the word “YOU” in every sentence.
The list of instructions Biden was seen reading at the Summit in Indonesia informed Biden where he should sit, the proper time to do so, and gave several reminders that his opening remarks were included on the next page.
The sheet orders “YOU will sit at the center” and “YOU will deliver opening remarks.”
Every instance of the word ‘you’ or ‘your’ is capitalised, as if Biden has trouble deciphering what is directed to him.

Biden was seen with the cards telling HIM what to do all day long:
He also needed cheat cards to tell reporters what he had just done after meeting with European leaders:
This isn’t the first time. Biden is regularly provided such cheat sheets.
Back in June he was captured holding a piece of paper that instructed him on how to enter a room, say “hello,” sit down, talk to other people and then depart.
Again, all instances of the word ‘you’ were capitalised.
Why does the president of the free world need tips on how to behave like a normal human?
This is like something you would give to an autistic child doing a high school presentation.
When Biden visited England after the Queen died he was provided with cheat cards of what to write into the book of condolences.
Last year when Biden met with Putin he had to refer to cheat sheets.
