People in Austin, Texas reported low-flying fighter jets buzzing the city Wednesday, as concerns over World War 3 escalate.

Social media was abuzz with reports of sightings and people who heard the loud sonic booms overhead.

Many speculated the fly-bys could be part of military drills.

Others reported seeing as many as 10 fighter jets in South Austin.

The alarming fly-by comes as the US on Wednesday pledged to give Ukraine over 30 Abrams tanks to support its protracted war against nuclear superpower Russia.
