Democrat vice presidential candidate Tim Walz had a romantic relationship with the daughter of a high-ranking Chinese Communist Party (CCP) official when he was teaching English in the country in 1989, according to a report published by The Daily Mail Monday.
The outlet spoke exclusively with 59-year-old Jenna Wang, who detailed her secret love affair with the Minnesota governor.

Wang’s father was a CCP official and chairman of a local labor union named Bin Hui, meaning the couple had to keep their relationship hidden because Hui would be upset his daughter was being courted by a Westerner.
Walz and Wang allegedly withheld from showing public affection due to communist spies around the city who would have relayed the information to her father.
Behind closed doors, the duo would make love and lounge around while listening to music and sipping tea.
The CCP official’s daughter thought she would marry Walz and move to America, but their love life was cut short after multiple public displays of affection by Tim brought unwanted attention on the couple.
After believing Walz was working on getting her a passport and visa, Wang was devastated when he alleged she was only dating him to make it into the USA.
Wang called the suggestion “very offensive” and said Walz left her feeling “like a prostitute,” adding, “Tim’s behavior was very selfish.”
Daily Mail reports, “The next morning Wang slipped out of their hotel and took a taxi to a remote clifftop where she says she contemplated throwing herself off rather than returning to her old life in disgrace.”
Walz went on to marry his wife Gwen Whipple within the next few years.
According to Wang, Walz “lied about Tiananmen Square and he’s lied about other things.”
The Democrat VP selection infamously fibbed about being in Hong Kong in the spring of 1989 during protests in China’s Tiananmen Square when he actually didn’t visit the country until after the deadly demonstrations.
Explaining why she’s speaking out ahead of the 2024 presidential election, Wang said, “This is a very crucial moment in history and a man like this does not appear to have the character and integrity to do one of the most important jobs in the world.”
The Chinese-born woman now resides somewhere in Europe where she works as a teacher, translator and cultural mediator.
Just one day after the Daily Mail story was released, an alarming Department of Homeland Security whistleblower text message suggesting Walz was a “target” of the CCP, believing they would have an asset in the White House.
“You all have no idea how this feeds into what prc [the People’s Republic of China] has been doing here with him and local gov. It’s seriously a line of the intel. Target someone who is perceived they can get to DC,” a DHS official wrote in an internal “Nation State Threat — National Functional Team” chat on the day Democrat presidential selectee Kamala Harris chose Walz as her VP.

Because of DHS’s lack of compliance with our legal subpoena and unwillingness to cooperate in good faith, @RepJamesComer is releasing a small portion of the Department’s internal communications received from a whistleblower… pic.twitter.com/Gu3AQ4qP3R
House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-Ky.) sent a letter to DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas, stating, “The Committee is releasing the above message as an example of communications within DHS’s possession in which DHS officials express concern about the CCP targeting politicians and their influence operations at the state and local levels — and specifically, concerns about the CCP’s influence operations as they relate to Governor Walz.”
The whistleblower also claimed DHS additional information on Walz “memorialized in both classified and unclassified documents.”
Astute X user @skenzyme pointed out the Wang-Walz love affair could have been a CCP “honeypot” operation to get information out of the Democrat, who was a National Guardsman at the time he was dating the communist’s daughter.
The "affair" happened in 1989. The same year National Guardsman Walz was named "Nebraska Citizen-Soldier of the Year."

Maybe the CCP put in a good word for him after he gave up every piece of intel he had to "Wang," his assigned Honeypot. https://t.co/WRBuNJc8fR pic.twitter.com/KjEb3x1O4m
Sen. Marco Rubio (R-Fla.) posted to X Monday, writing, “If the story today in @DailyMail is true Tim Walz had a relationship with the daughter of a high ranking Chinese Communist Party official and remained in contact with her for years after. If you aspire to be Vice-President of the United States, voters deserve to know everything about any and every link you have to the CCP.”

If you aspire to be Vice-President of the United States, voters deserve to know everything…
The American people deserve to know more about Walz’s past and his extremely shady connections to China dating back 35 years.
