Dozens of suspects were arrested after hundreds of ‘teens’ ransacked multiple businesses in Chicago over the weekend, according to reports.

The shocking string of events unfolded on Sunday night in the South Loop of the Windy City.

Mobs of ‘youths’ began flooding the Roosevelt CTA train station at around 7:30 p.m. after a “trend” gathering was announced on social media, CWB Chicago reports.

Between 300 and 400 aggressive juveniles began wreaking havoc and fights broke out.

Large groups stormed local businesses, including a Dunkin’ and a 7-Eleven.

Footage of mass looting and destruction at the convenience store has been circulating on social media.

Suspects can be seen running out of the shop carrying stolen merchandise.

One delinquent who appears to be under 14 years of age can be seen discharging a fire extinguisher in the parking lot.

“Witnesses reported incidents throughout the area, including attempts by the crowd to break into a Chicago police uniform store in the 500 block of West Roosevelt. Others reported seeing teens on and possibly inside a postal service truck,” CWB Chicago reports.

Approximately 40 teens were arrested during the chaos, Chicago Police announced.

“Among the detained was a 15-year-old who was charged with possessing a firearm with a laser sight and a silencer. Another teen was accused of possessing a machine gun and was cited for possessing high capacity magazines and ‘metal piercing bullets,’” WBBM reports, citing local official.

Infowars has been reporting on the surge of crime in many other U.S. cities.
