“At this stage in our investigation, we believe some of the victims have been targeted, while others have been attacked randomly.”

“There maybe additional injured victims who transported themselves to various hospitals,” Blackmore said, and others were were reportedly transported to Prince Albert, Nipawin and Melfort hospitals.

Blackmore said the suspects, Damien Sanderson, 31, and Myles Sanderson, 30, are still at large and have expanded their search radius as far as Manitoba and Alberta.

From the CBC:

RCMP said they received a report that the two suspects, identified as Damien Sanderson and Myles Sanderson, may have been travelling in the Arcola Avenue area in Regina. Regina Police said the suspects were seen around 11:20 a.m.

An RCMP alert was first issued at 7:12 a.m. CT Sunday and has since had several updates. RCMP said two male suspects are believed to be in a black Nissan Rogue with Saskatchewan licence plate 119 MPI. As the suspects may have access to a vehicle, the RCMP have expanded the alert provincewide.

The RCMP have advised residents to shelter in place, avoid picking up strangers and report any suspicious activity to authorities.
