President Donald Trump stated on Friday that he would not feel responsible if ex-government officials such as Dr. Anthony Fauci, former US Ambassador to the UN John Bolton or former CIA Director Mike Pompeo were to be physically harmed after he revoked their security details earlier this week.
Speaking with the press during a trip to North Carolina where he’s personally overseeing the disaster relief operation for Hurricane Helene, the president explained, “You can’t have a security detail the rest of your life because you worked for government.”
Trump was asked if he’d “feel partially responsible if something happened to, say Dr. Fauci or John Bolton?”
“No. No,” he answered. “You know, they all made a lot of money. They can hire their own security too. All the people you’re talking about, they can go out – I can give them some good numbers of very good security people – they can hire their own security. They all made a lot of money. Fauci made a lot of money. They all did, so if they felt that strongly I think that certainly I would not take responsibility.”
The comment shows the 47th President is not going along with the mainstream media’s attempts to make victims out of the corrupt government officials who have been destroying America from within.
Commenting on the news of Fauci’s security detail being removed, Trump insider General Mike Flynn wrote, “Good. Now have him arrested.”
