On Saturday, Oath Keepers founder and president Stewart Rhodes called Jim Hoft of ‘The Gateway Pundit’ from prison in Alexandria, Virginia.
Stewart was arrested in January and is being held in jail by his government as a political prisoner.
Stewart Rhodes was arrested in an FBI raid for his role in the Jan. 6 protests as he was in Washington DC that day.
Rhodes told members of the Oath Keepers to leave their weapons in their hotel rooms in Virginia outside of DC.
Stewart did not enter the US Capitol and he never ordered his members into the US Capitol.
Rhodes told ‘Gateway Pundit’ he was surprised when several members went inside.
