Georgia has now mandated that ALL paper ballots must be hand-counted to verify accuracy!
Opponents of the measure say it will take too long and places an undue burden on the election officials. We know why they actually oppose it.

The state, which has been at the center of numerous election-related scandals, voted for the proposal in a 3-2 decision.
Democrats largely opposed the bill while Republicans mostly supported it, with the former claiming hand-counts will slow down the process.
The Georgia Association of Voter Registration and Election Officials even suggested the decision to verify the results will somehow “undermine” the people’s “confidence” in the voting system.
Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger (R), who pushed back against Donald Trump’s request to further investigate the state’s 2020 presidential election results, also claimed hand-counting ballots was a bad idea, according to USA Today.
Surely the people of Georgia can wait a little longer for their election results to be returned in exchange for assurance their votes are being accurately counted.
