House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy pledged to prevent radical Reps. Ilhan Omar (D-Minn.), Adam Schiff (D-Calif.), and Eric Swalwell (D-Calif.) off of committees, if he becomes Speaker in the House in January.
“What are you going to do in terms of these Democrats that you have on such important committees?” “Sunday Morning Futures” host Maria Bartiromo asked him. “You’ve talked in the past about removing Ilhan Omar. You’ve talked about removing Adam Schiff, Eric Swalwell. Will you deliver?”
“Yes, I will,” McCarthy said. “I’ll keep that promise. And one thing I said from the very beginning, Eric Swalwell cannot get a security clearance in the public sector. Why would we ever give him a security clearance in the secrets to America? So I will not allow him to be on intel.”
“You have Adam Schiff who had lied to the American public time and again,” he continued. “We will not allow him to be on the intel committee either.
“And you look at Congresswoman Omar, her anti-Semitic comments that have gone forward, we’re not going to allow her to be on foreign affairs.”
Last year, I promised that when I became Speaker, I would remove Rep. Ilhan Omar from the House Foreign Affairs Committee based on her repeated anti-semitic and anti-American remarks.

Meanwhile, McCarthy also said he would reinstate reelected Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Ga.) back onto committee assignments after Democrats removed her from them over politically incorrect remarks.
