A shocking video circulating on social media shows the extent to which Joe Biden requires instructional step-by-step guidance from handlers who program his every move.
In the shock footage posted by RNC Research to Twitter Tuesday, a man walking alongside Biden unsurprisingly tells him exactly where to go and what to do.
“Down here?” Biden asks the man, pointing forward.
“Yes, sir, down the ramp,” the guide tells him. “And we have people lined up on the left over here, some union leaders and workers.”
“Your mark is gonna be the blue one to the left,” the man continues. “You got a blue mark,” he repeats.
“I’ll stay in my blue mark and then I’m going to say hello to each one of you,” Biden confirms to the guide, evidently as he proceeds to walk right past the mark.
“Yes sir, and I’ll help you get started,” the man replies.
Biden later managed to wander off without the aid of his handler
The footage demonstrates how Biden is little more than an empty suit suffering from dementia who can barely make decisions for himself, let alone intelligently run an entire nation.
