Former Capitol Hill Police Lieutenant Tarik Johnson, a registered Democrat who became a key player in the events of Jan. 6th, is speaking out against his former co-workers who he claims are trying to stop Donald Trump from being re-elected.
The current chief of the United States Capitol Police (USCP), J. Thomas Manger, and former Acting U.S. Capitol Police Chief Yogananda Pittman were the main focus of Johnson’s message.
Johnson wrote directly to Manger, “I know you and your people are watching everything that is transpiring in the country and laughing at the J6 community as most are focused on officers from the USCP and MPD and not on you or Pittman. I will acknowledge that you are winning now but I promise you the tide will turn.”
“Pittman caused what occurred on J6 effectively torching our country and you were brought in to cover-up her sins and so far you are doing a magnificent job,” he continued. “But here is the bad news. I’m not going to stop talking about you and at some point former President Trump’s people will find out who you and Pittman are and what you are doing to ensure Trump is not re-elected.”
Next, the 22-year USCP veteran suggested citizens engage in an online demonstration, writing, “It is time to PROTEST!!!!….but not in the traditional way as you (J. Thomas Manger) will ensure that Ray Epps type people show up at the events.”
He explained, “What we can do is use social media and I will ask all that follow me to tweet the phrase ‘Who is J. Thomas Manger?’ every day for the next six days until August 30, 2023, the day you (Manger) will begin interviewing for the next USCP ACOP. It’s time to get you ‘Trending.’”
“You have turned the United States Capitol Police into a Democratic weapon against the J6 community and former President Donald J. Trump and God has called me to disarm you. As always sir, I will continue to pray that God will have mercy on your soul,” Johnson wrote to conclude the social media post.
Responding to New York congressional candidate Derrick Gibson, who claimed he’d “pass” the message to Trump, Johnson noted he has “a team of people” behind him and has evidence to back everything he’s said.
The former USCP lieutenant previously appeared on Fox News’ Tucker Carlson Tonight in March to explain how the U.S. Capitol Police Department treated him unfairly after he was photographed wearing a “Make America Great Again” hat on Jan. 6th.
Johnson was suspended due to the images and eventually had his pension delayed and reduced after being accused of endorsing Trump.
During his interview with Tucker, Johnson explained a demonstrator placed the cap on his head and he decided to keep wearing it to blend in with the crowd as he helped fellow officers get out of the Capitol building.
The longtime law enforcement officer has harshly criticized Capitol Police leadership for failing to prepare officers on January 6th and for helping the sham Jan. 6 Committee cover up the truth about the infamous protest.
Perhaps this digital demonstration will go viral and help Johnson in his quest to bring bad actors within the U.S. government to justice.
