The Heritage Foundation’s Oversight Project just released mobile ad data analysis that shows someone who regularly visited Trump’s would-be assassin Thomas Crooks’ home and work also visited a building in Washington D.C. near an FBI office.
“We found the assassin’s connections through our in-depth analysis of mobile ad data to track movements of Crooks and his associates,” said Oversight Project in an X thread Monday. “To do this, we tracked devices that regularly visited both Crooks’ home and place of work and followed them.”
The Oversight Project found that “Someone who regularly visited Crooks’ home and work also visited a building in Washington, DC located in Gallery Place.”
“This is in the same vicinity of an @FBI office on June 26, 2023,” said the investigative body. “Who’s device is this?”

“On August 30, 2023, one device linked Crooks visited Allegheny Arms.”

The Oversight Project then concluded the data dump, saying for the protection of whistleblowers and the investigation, they “will not be sharing further information with the congressional task force due to the connective tissue between that entity and FBI, USSS, and other entities.”
For those that are tracking this type of data, we identified devices that were located at Crook’s home and his work within the past year.
There were at least 9 devices linked to these AD-IDs

Notably, also on Monday, Secret Service Director Kimberly Cheatle refused to say Crooks was a lone gunman.
“Was Mr. Crooks acting alone?” asked Rep. Andy Biggs (R-Ariz.) to Cheatle.
“Again, I would have to refer you to the FBI’s investigation,” she answered.
“Was he just a lone gunman?” the congressman asked.
Cheatle again responded, “I would have to refer you to the FBI’s investigation for motive.”
