In recent days, Democrats, the media and the Deep State have been panicking about the National Guard’s allegiance to Joe Biden in the lead-up to his inauguration.
The FBI announced this week that it was vetting every single National Guard member assigned to protect Washington, D.C. during Biden’s upcoming inauguration to see where their political loyalties lie.
Rep. Steve Cohen (D-Tenn.) nervously claimed Monday that 75% of National Guard soldiers deployed to Washington were loyal only to President Trump.
“You know, I was thinking, the [National] Guard is 90 some odd percent I believe male, only about 20 percent of white males voted for Biden,” Cohen told CNN.
“You got to figure that in the Guard which is predominately more conservative, that I see that on my social media and we know it. There’s probably not more than 25 percent of the people that are there protecting us who voted for Biden.”
“The other 75 percent are in the class that would be the large class of folks who might want to do something,” he added.
And Biden is seemingly so distrustful of the military that he contracted a private security company to protect him despite the presence of 25,000 National Guard troops in Washington.
But The Military Times claimed in October that younger active-duty troops supported Biden (41%) more than Trump (37%).
Additionally, military ballot dumps in Michigan had appeared to be 80% for Biden, according to an election witness.
“I did find it odd that, throughout the day/night, I saw a few dozen military ballots be counted,” a certified poll watcher said in a Nov. 4 statement. “Although I cannot provide specific numbers or names, I can estimate that at least 80% of the military ballots I saw were straight ticket Democrat or simply had Joe Biden’s name filled in on them.”
The anti-Trump veteran nonprofit group Common Defense touted the military’s supposed favor for Biden after Michigan declared him the winner.
“Common Defense has campaigned for four years to mobilize veterans in swing states like Michigan to vote against Donald Trump, and so it is no surprise to us that military ballots in Detroit favored President-elect Joe Biden,” a spokesman said on November 11.
Based on these facts, it would appear Cohen’s assertion that only 25% of the military voted for Biden is at best incorrect, and at worst blatantly dishonest.
It also raises questions as to why the FBI is screening every single National Guard member with a political litmus test despite the fact the Pentagon stated that it received “no intelligence indicating an insider threat.”
