Following Friday’s shouting match of a speech, former President-via-autopen Joe Biden took questions from the press and kept tensions heated as he verbally attacked a CNN reporter and said he can beat the hell out of Jake Tapper and Alex Thompson, indicating the 82-year-old may be having violent thoughts. There may be some historic precedent to anger-related issues, as Biden also insinuated he would like to have a fist-fight with Donald Trump in 2018.
“You can see that I’m mentally incompetent and I can’t walk, and I can beat the hell out of both of them [Jake Tapper and Alex Thompson],” Biden said Friday while speaking with CNN’s Kaitlan Collins after a speech filled with shouts and mumbles.
CNN cuts away as Joe Biden says he's *not* mentally unstable, suggests he would have won the election, and says he could "beat the hell" out of Jake Tapper.

The elderly Biden appeared happy to answer questions about his newly announced prostate cancer. However when Collins proceeded to also ask about the health of his brain, the 82-year-old got triggered.
“There’s also been a lot of discussion recently about your mental and physical capabilities while you were in office,” Collins said to Biden, referring to Jake Tapper and Alex Thompson’s book about his mental decline.
The former autopen President denounced that anything is wrong with his cognitive abilities immediately after stating that he is “mentally incompetent”.
“Aggressive behaviors may be verbal or physical. They can occur suddenly, with no apparent reason, or result from a frustrating situation. While aggression can be hard to cope with, understanding that the person with Alzheimer’s or dementia is not acting this way on purpose can help,” The Alzheimer’s Association said. “Aggression can be caused by many factors including physical discomfort, environmental factors and poor communication. If the person with Alzheimer’s is aggressive, consider what might be contributing to the change in behavior.”
Biden’s mumbling rise to the White House was chronicled in a satirical ‘campaign’ video.
