Those who don’t live in D.C. may not know, but America’s most famous hill, Capitol Hill, is also fantastic for sledding.

Unfortunately, sledding there is actually prohibited, a rule that is occasionally enforced by the U.S. Capitol Police.

But that didn’t stop some from bringing their sleds to the Capitol’s West Lawn.

Sledding enthusiasts are holding a ‘sled-in’ at 1 p.m. Thursday.
