US President Donald Trump’s administration vowed Tuesday to see Obamacare — a massive, but controversial reform intended to bring health care to more Americans — struck down.

Top Trump advisor Kellyanne Conway said the policy, which became law after a fierce legislative battle under then president Barack Obama, had failed.
