Khairullozhon Matanov, is scheduled to appear in US District Court in Boston at 3 p.m. He notified the court in January that his attorney and federal prosecutors had reached an agreement that would lead to his guilty plea.
According to court records, Matanov, a Quincy cab driver, took the brothers out to a restaurant in Cambridge on the night of the explosions, although he told authorities he knew nothing of their involvement.
He said he only realized they set off the two bombs after their photos were released to the public.
