Former Mexican president Vicente Fox doubled down on his attack on Donald Trump today, dropping yet another F-bomb during a live appearance on Fox Business Network and refusing to apologize to the Republican front runner.
“I have to say I am not going to pay for that f**king wall….he should know that and I’m not going to apologize,” Fox told host Maria Bartiromo, emphasizing the swear word.
Bartiromo looked shocked as Fox dropped the F-bomb live on the air.
“He’s talking about the two largest trading partners, he’s not talking peanuts, China and Mexico are the two largest trading partners of the United States,” added the former Mexican president.
The comments were a repeat of Fox’s remarks to Fusion’s Jorge Ramos on Thursday.
Donald Trump responded yesterday by chastising Fox for his use of the f-word and demanding an apology, although he hasn’t yet responded to Fox’s latest outburst.
Asked by CNN’s Wolf Blitzer during last night’s debate what he thought of Fox’s comments and if he will make Mexico pay for the wall, Trump responded, “I will and the wall just got 10 feet taller, believe me. It just got 10 feet taller. I saw him make that — I saw him make the statement. I saw him use the word that he used. I can only tell you, if I would have used even half of that word, it would have been national scandal. This guy used a filthy, disgusting word on television and he should be ashamed of himself and he should apologize, OK?”
Trump has vowed to build a border wall that stretches 1,000 miles long which he estimates will cost $8-12 billion dollars.
