<p><strong>Radical left activist groups trained students for months in advance before they launched the wave of campus protests that have dominated the news over the last week.</strong></p>



<p><em>The Wall Street Journal</em> <a href="https://www.wsj.com/us-news/education/student-campus-protests-veteran-activist-groups-17ccd094">claims</a> that the organizers of the Gaza encampment met with members of Students for Justice in Palestine and other activist groups in preparation for the campus protests. Former members of the Black Panthers were also drafted in to advise the organizers on how to manage internal disputes.</p><div class="xjzjTSWP"><div id="fullAd"></div></div>



<p>&#8220;We took notes from our elders, engaged in dialogue with them, and analyzed how the university responded to previous protests,&#8221; one of the organizers of the Columbia protest told the <em>Journal</em>.</p>



<p>Organizers at Columbia also attended a training session hosted by Samidoun: Palestinian Prisoner Solidarity Network. The session was called “Resistance 101,” with the aim of helping protestors “build an internationally popular cradle to the resistance.</p>

<p>Last Sunday, <em>The New York Post </em><a href="https://archive.ph/2ClSM">reported</a> that George Soros and Soros-backed groups had funnelled large amounts of cash to activist groups like the Students for Justice in Palestine, whose nationwide chapters have been coordinating the campus protests.</p>



<p>The New York Police Department has also claimed that significant numbers of protestors at universities in New York are not affiliated with the universities in any way. On Thursday, the Police Department released arrest figures that showed 29% of all arrestees at Columbia were not students or members of the university, a figure which rose to 60% for arrestees at City College of New York.</p><div class="MK7MQ1Do"><div id="ifwAd"></div></div>



<p>Deputy Police Commissioner Kaz Daughtry voiced his opinion that the protests are being directed and funded from outside.</p>



<p>“There is somebody funding this. There is somebody radicalizing our students,” the deputy commissioner&nbsp;<a href="https://twitter.com/visegrad24/status/1786377333139542025"><strong>said</strong></a>.</p>



<p>New York Mayor Eric Adams has said that “outside agitators” are coordinating and pushing the protests into violence.</p>

<p><strong>Over half of all Germans believe they are being replaced by immigrants in their own country, and a majority want Islamic immigration to the country to end.</strong></p>



<p>According to <a href="https://jungefreiheit.de/politik/deutschland/2024/mehrheit-der-deutschen-will-keine-muslimischen-zuwanderer-mehr/">a new poll</a> by the Nius media group, 57% of Germans surveyed said they were “afraid that Germans will become a minority in Germany.” By contrast, 37% said they were not afraid of this happening.</p><div class="rNWd8wxp"><div id="fullAd"></div></div>



<p>Nearly half, 45%, said that they believed Germans were deliberately being replaced with immigrants. The German Office for the Protection of the Constitution classifies this belief, often referred to as “the Great Replacement,” as a “right-wing extremist” belief. 41% of respondents disagreed.</p>

<p>Significant majorities accepted that there is “racism against whites” in Germany and that integration of immigrants had failed.</p>



<p>When the survey looked at responses to the issue of immigration, 52% said that they agreed with the statement, “Germany should generally no longer accept refugees from Islamic countries.” Only 34% expressed disagreement with this statement.</p>



<p>The survey is further evidence that the attitudes of ordinary Germans are hardening when it comes to immigration. <a href="https://rmx.news/germany/majority-of-germans-say-migrants-bring-more-problems-than-benefits-want-limit-on-refugees/">Recent polls</a> showed that the anti-immigration Alternative for Germany (AfD) is now the most popular political party among the nation’s youth, and the second most popular party in the country as a whole. <p><strong>Former President Donald Trump took to Truth Social yesterday to call for the arrest of Jack Smith, the prosecutor in his classified documents trial in Florida, after it emerged that the classified documents in question had themselves been mishandled by the prosecution.</strong></p>

<p>Yesterday <a href="https://www.infowars.com/posts/jack-smiths-team-admits-key-evidence-in-trumps-document-case-has-been-tampered-with/">Infowars reported</a> that Prosecutor Smith’s team was forced to make a new filing with Judge Aileen Cannon on Friday, making her aware of the fact that the order of the documents in the boxes seized from Mar-a-Lago had been altered.</p><div class="mgcPuZz3"><div id="fullAd"></div></div>



<p>The team also admitted that it had misled the court for some time by maintaining that the order of the documents had remained unchanged.</p>



<p>“Since the boxes were seized and stored, appropriate personnel have had access to the boxes for several reasons, including to comply with orders issued by this Court in the civil proceedings noted above, for investigative purposes, and to facilitate the defendants’ review of the boxes,” Smith’s team wrote in the&nbsp;<a href="https://justthenews.com/sites/default/files/2024-05/gov.uscourts.flsd_.648653.522.0.pdf" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><strong>new court filing</strong></a>.</p>

<p>Legal experts have already weighed in and said the filing could spell disaster for the prosecution.</p>



<p>Defense attorney Tim Parlatore, who worked on Trump’s team at an earlier stage of the documents case, claimed “this admission is stunning on multiple levels.”</p>



<p>“For prosecutors who are trying to prove that the defendants knowingly possessed these documents to then destroy the evidence that would undermine that claim is a very serious violation,” he said.</p><div class="a1L7AnzB"><div id="ifwAd"></div></div>



<p>The strict chronology of the documents is likely to play an important role in President Trump’s defense. He will claim that the documents remained in chronological order after they had been shipped to him from Virginia, and that this is evidence that he did not consult them once they were in his possession at Mar-a-Lago.</p>

<p><strong>Former CNN anchor Chris Cuomo has admitted in an interview that he has been suffering from side effects he believes were caused by the COVID-19 vaccine. Cuomo was a high-profile advocate of vaccination during the pandemic, and berated guests on his show for encouraging “vaccine hesitancy.”</strong></p>



<p>Cuomo made the admission in an interview with nurse-practitioner Sean Barcavage, on Cuomo&#8217;s show for NewsNation.</p><div class="n0mfQ8IT"><div id="fullAd"></div></div>



<p>“We know that vaccines can have unintended consequences, a.k.a. side effects,” said Cuomo. “But nobody’s really talking about it because they’re too afraid of blame, and they just want it to go away.”</p>



<p>“But the problem is people&nbsp;like Sean and me and millions of others&nbsp;who still have weird stuff with their bloodwork and their lives and their feelings physically are not going away.”</p>

<p>Barcavage was featured in <a href="https://www.nytimes.com/2024/05/03/health/covid-vaccines-side-effects.html#:~:text=The%20Covid%20vaccines%2C%20a%20triumph,in%20nearly%20677%20million%20doses.">a recent <em>New York Times</em> article</a> on people who have been harmed by the COVID-19 vaccines. In the interview with Cuomo, he described how the negative effects of the COVID vaccine were almost immediately apparent to him.</p>



<p>“As soon as I was injured—15, 20 minutes into my first dose—I experienced numbness and tingling up and down my injected arm, which spread over the day to my face and my eyes,” he explained.</p><div class="mNXEtoLV"><div id="ifwAd"></div></div>



<p>“I consulted a neurologist who ran some tests and remarked, ‘Well, this is all new. We don’t know much about it, but the hospital is going to mandate it. You should get a second dose.’ Everything in my medical mind and in my bones was telling me, ‘No, if you have a reaction to something, don’t do it again.&#8217;”</p>



<p>Despite knowing that the first dose had caused him harm, Barcavage felt he had to take a second.</p>



<p>“However, the pressure was immense. Then, three weeks later, I received a second dose, and after that, everything blew up. I went from being a healthy, 100% healthy, fully functioning nurse to a complete downward spiral of health. I developed a myriad of symptoms,” he added.</p>



<p>Barcavage’s quest for support and answers led him overseas, to Germany, where he was able to have detailed tests to confirm his symptoms.</p>



<p>He slammed the Biden administration for its handling of the side effects of the COVID vaccines.</p>



<p>“If the government had just said, ‘Hey, these are novel vaccines. There will be reactions. Let’s set up a program to handle them, establish a fund, and oblige the manufacturers to provide help or research,’ I think the citizens would have appreciated that.”</p>

<p><strong>The Biden administration has agreed to shut down a nascent Department of Homeland Security intelligence &#8220;experts&#8221; group in the wake of a lawsuit brought by America First Legal (AFL).</strong></p>



<p>AFL&#8217;s lawsuit from November claimed the Homeland Intelligence Experts Group was a partisan organization and not neutral, citing the fact that 98% the political contributions of those named to the group went to Democrats.</p><div class="ABhJ7ARd"><div id="fullAd"></div></div>



<p>The Biden administration agreed to wind down the group within 30 days and surrender it documents to AFL contingent on the dismissal of its lawsuit.</p>



<p>&#8220;The Experts Group shall be wound down within thirty (30) days of the entry of the Order, it will not hold any future meetings, and the Department will not reconstitute the Experts Group inconsistent with the FACA or the Homeland Security Act of 2002. The Department will also provide the Experts Group meeting agendas and meeting minutes with participant identifying information redacted within fifteen (15) days of the entry of the Order,&#8221; it said.</p>

<p>DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas announced the establishment of the Homeland Intelligence Experts Group in September 2023.</p>



<p>&#8220;The security of the American people depends on our capacity to collect, generate, and disseminate actionable intelligence to our federal, state, local, territorial, tribal, campus, and private sector partners,&#8221; Mayorkas had said in a <a href="https://www.dhs.gov/news/2023/09/19/secretary-mayorkas-announces-establishment-homeland-intelligence-experts-group" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">statement</a>.&nbsp;</p>



<p>The group had included highly political former intelligence officials like former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper and former CIA Director John Brennan, who knowingly lied in a letter by 51 intelligence officials claiming Hunter Biden&#8217;s laptop story was &#8220;Russian disinformation.&#8221;</p><div class="yFIbW6HN"><div id="ifwAd"></div></div>

<p>Immediately after DHS formed the Group, Sens. Rand Paul (R-Ky.), Rick Scott (R-Fla.), Ron Johnson (R-Wis.), and Roger Marshall (R-Kansas) sent a&nbsp;<a href="https://www.paul.senate.gov/dr-paul-sen-scott-lead-letter-demanding-mayorkas-rescind-appointments-of-known-disinformation-spreaders-to-intelligence-group/">letter</a>&nbsp;to Mayorkas demanding &#8220;DHS immediately rescind the appointments of these known purveyors of disinformation to the Homeland Intelligence Experts Group.&#8221;</p>



<p>&#8220;DHS formed this so-called &#8216;Homeland Intelligence Experts Group&#8217; in September 2023, in its own words, &#8216;to provide advice and perspectives on intelligence and national security efforts,'&#8221; America First Legal wrote on X Friday.</p>



<p>&#8220;However, it was not actually intended to provide unbiased, expert advice to advance the Department of Homeland Security’s mission; instead, it was a completely partisan group designed to provide top cover for the Department’s radical agenda under the leadership of Secretary Mayorkas.&#8221;</p>



<p>AFL President and former Trump adviser Stephen Miller <a href="https://aflegal.org/victory-biden-dhs-disbands-illegal-homeland-intelligence-experts-group-including-russia-collusion-hoaxers-john-brennan-and-james-clapper-following-lawsuit-filed-by-afl-and/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">hailed</a> the disbandment of the advisory group as a victory.</p>



<p>&#8220;As a result of our lawsuit in federal court, DHS is surrendering in total to our demands: they are closing down their new partisan intelligence board featuring Clapper and Brennan — which would have been used to promote censored, unethical spying, and gross civil rights invasions of political enemies — and they are surrendering their documents, handing them over to our possession. We won. We beat Biden and DHS,&#8221; he said in a statement.</p>

Expert Warns: ALL VAXXED WILL DIE SOON!


<p><strong>Special Counsel Jack Smith’s team admitted that key evidence in former President Donald Trump’s classified documents criminal case was tampered with since it was seized by the FBI.</strong></p>



<p>They even admitted that prosecutors misled the court about it for a period of time, a revelation that could pose serious problems for Smith&#8217;s case.</p><div class="PO5bKxdQ"><div id="fullAd"></div></div>



<p>&#8220;Since the boxes were seized and stored, appropriate personnel have had access to the boxes for several reasons, including to comply with orders issued by this Court in the civil proceedings noted above, for investigative purposes, and to facilitate the defendants&#8217; review of the boxes,” Smith’s team wrote in a <a href="https://justthenews.com/sites/default/files/2024-05/gov.uscourts.flsd_.648653.522.0.pdf" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">new court filing</a> to U.S. District Judge Aileen Cannon on Friday.</p>



<p>“There are some boxes where the order of items within that box is not the same as in the associated scans,” the prosecutors wrote.</p>

<p>&#8220;The Government acknowledges that this is inconsistent with what Government counsel previously understood and represented to the Court,&#8221; the footnote reads.</p>



<p>But Smith&#8217;s prosecutors also tried downplaying the problem by claiming that the order of the documents and boxes could have been scrambled or rearranged since the government took possession of them.</p>



<p>“There are several possible explanations, including the above-described instances in which the boxes were accessed, as well as the size and shape of certain items in the boxes possibly leading to movement of items,” the prosecutors wrote. “For example, the boxes contain items smaller than standard paper such as index cards, books, and stationary, which shift easily when the boxes are carried, especially because many of the boxes are not full.”</p><div class="MUpqBwcy"><div id="ifwAd"></div></div>



<p>But legal experts <a href="https://justthenews.com/politics-policy/all-things-trump/trump-whodunnit-prosecutors-admit-key-evidence-document-case-has" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">told</a> <em>Just The News</em> that this development could spell trouble for Smith&#8217;s case.</p>



<p>“Prosecutors and investigators should never tamper with or alter evidence in their possession, including the order of documents in a box because one never knows what may become relevant or crucial to a court or jury later in a case,” Harvard Law Professor Emeritus Alan Dershowitz said.</p>



<p>Defense attorney Tim Parlatore, who had worked on Trump&#8217;s team in the documents case, claimed &#8220;this admission is stunning on multiple levels.”</p>



<p>&#8220;But at a deeper level, the loss of specific document locations is a destruction of exculpatory evidence,” he said. “I went through all of the boxes at NARA and the document order was important because it was clear to us that the boxes had been untouched since leaving the White House.&#8221;</p>



<p>“For prosecutors who are trying to prove that the defendants knowingly possessed these documents to then destroy the evidence that would undermine that claim is a very serious violation,” he added.</p>

<p><strong>Authorities say they &#8220;rescued&#8221; more than 400 illegal migrants, including dozens of unaccompanied minors, from three coach buses abandoned on a highway in Mexico this week.</strong></p>



<p>The incident unfolded on Thursday in the state of Veracruz, which lies on the Gulf Coast.</p><div class="fomDdvxl"><div id="fullAd"></div></div>



<p>Three tour buses full of people were found on the side of the Minatitlán-Acayucan highway.</p>



<p>In total, 407 U.S.-bound migrants without permission to be in Mexico were traveling in &#8220;unhealthy conditions&#8221; on the overloaded buses, the National Migration Institute (INM) explained in a <a rel="noreferrer noopener" href="https://www.gob.mx/inm/prensa/auxilia-inm-a-407-personas-migrantes-abandonadas-en-tres-autobuses-en-veracruz" target="_blank">press release</a>.</p>

<p>&#8220;The event occurred on the morning of Saturday, April 27 on the Escárcega-Villahermosa federal highway, near the municipality of Macuspana. Hundreds of US-Bound Migrants ‘Rescued’ From Coach Buses In Mexico


<p><strong>Federal authorities arrested an illegal alien convicted of first-degree manslaughter who was released by officials in Connecticut despite an immigration detainer filed against the him.</strong></p>



<p>On Thursday, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) announced the apprehension of a 35-year-old Guatemalan national in Somers, Connecticut.</p><div class="CDdDe6St"><div id="fullAd"></div></div>



<p>The Guatemalan illegally entered the United States at an unknown location in 2007.</p>



<p>In 2013, he was convicted of manslaughter in the first degree and sentenced to 17 years in prison.</p>

<p>State officials ignored the ICE hold against the Guatemalan and released him from Osborn Correctional Institution on April 24, 2024, after serving 10 years of his sentence.</p><div class="HYjUq8vt"><div id="ifwAd"></div></div>



<p>He was picked up a short time later by ERO Boston agents from the Hartford office and will be held in ICE custody pending removal proceedings.</p>

<p><strong>Former CNN anchor Chris Cuomo revealed on Friday that he&#8217;s been suffering from COVID-19 vaccine side effects.</strong></p>



<p>Cuomo made the admission while covering the <a href="https://www.nytimes.com/2024/05/03/health/covid-vaccines-side-effects.html" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">New York Times finally acknowledging that thousands of people were injured by the COVID vaccine</a>, including brain damage and other “serious” and “life-changing” reactions.</p><div class="UgXrrKGy"><div id="fullAd"></div></div>



<p>&#8220;We know that vaccines can have unintended consequences, aka side effects. But nobody is really talking about it because they&#8217;re too afraid of blame and they just want it to go away,&#8221; Cuomo said on <em>News Nation</em>.</p>

<p>&#8220;But the problem is, people like Sean, and me, and millions of others who still have weird stuff with their blood work and their lives and their feelings &#8212; physically &#8212; are not going away,&#8221; Cuomo said.</p>



<p>Cuomo then brought on Nurse Practitioner Sean Barcavage, who explained how he was dismissed by his own medical colleagues when he tried asking for help after suffering debilitating COVID vaccine side effects.</p>



<p>&#8220;I thought that all my pro-vaccine colleagues that championed me on would be there to lift me up and help me, and in fact, they&#8217;re the ones who turned around and dismissed, denied and tried to censor and bury me,&#8221; Barcavage said.</p><div class="BXPGDQYy"><div id="ifwAd"></div></div>



<p>&#8220;They&#8217;re afraid that by showing my face, I&#8217;ll drive vaccine hesitancy. But what they don&#8217;t realize is what I have come to realize, is that the censorship and the hiding of it is actually fueling vaccine hesitancy.&#8221;</p>



<p>&#8220;If the government had just said, &#8216;Hey, these are novel vaccines. There will be reactions, let&#8217;s just have a program in place to deal with them. Set up a fun, obligate the manufacturers to provide help or research.&#8217; I think the citizens would have appreciated that. But instead what happened is they just suppressed me, and that also shocked me.&#8221;</p>



<p>Cuomo then offered to share his doctors’ information with Barcavage since he is also suffering from a COVID vaccine injury.</p>



<p>&#8220;I&#8217;m working with people who are working on this. So I&#8217;ll make sure that we&#8217;re in touch right after the show and I&#8217;ll help any way I can,&#8221; Cuomo told him.</p>



<p>&#8220;I&#8217;ll hook you up with my clinician and maybe you can share different protocols and things that may help. But I will never stop reporting on this. And all I&#8217;m doing is just beating the drum of you need to have a 9/11-style commission to figure out what worked and what didn&#8217;t and what questions need to be answered because it&#8217;s not over.&#8221;</p>



<p>&#8220;So not only are we not set up for the next pandemic &#8212; and there will be one &#8212; but we&#8217;re not treating people, millions of people, who still have problems from the last one,&#8221; he added.</p>



<p>Cuomo&#8217;s latest remarks represent a dramatic shift from his <a href="https://www.newsweek.com/chris-cuomo-blasts-vaccine-hesitancy-we-are-not-who-we-were-after-9-11-1628119" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">tone during the height of the vaccine rollout in 2021, when he blasted &#8220;vaccine hesitancy.&#8221;</a></p>



<p>&#8220;I&#8217;m telling you, this vaccine hesitancy, sure there&#8217;s a little bit of a personal freedom thing, people don&#8217;t want to be told what to do. Somebody made people think that the vaccine is a personal choice issue,&#8221; Cuomo had said.</p>



<p>&#8220;Because it doesn&#8217;t naturally occur that way, brother. Because we get our kids vaccinated: mumps, rubella, polio, smallpox. We all do it. That&#8217;s all this is.&#8221;</p>



<p>&#8220;But all of a sudden, it&#8217;s a big deal. Somebody put an idea of that in their heads. Or somebodies, a group of people. We are not who we were after 9/11. This pandemic has proven that. We are weak people, and we are making hard times for ourselves,&#8221; he added.</p>



<p>Over 13,000 formal complaints about adverse reactions to the COVID shots have been filed since 2021 &#8212; but only 19% have been reviewed, the <a href="https://www.nytimes.com/2024/05/03/health/covid-vaccines-side-effects.html" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">New York Times finally acknowledged</a> on Friday.</p>



<p>Dr. Janet Woodcock, who headed the FDA from January 2021 through February 2022, a crucial period when the COVID jab was being rolled out, told the Times that she wished government officials would just listen to vaccine-injured individuals.</p>



<p>&#8220;I feel bad for those people. I believe their suffering should be acknowledged, that they have real problems, and they should be taken seriously,&#8221; she said.</p>



<p>&#8220;I’m disappointed in myself. I did a lot of things I feel very good about, but this is one of the few things I feel I just didn’t bring it home.&#8221;</p>



<p>Too bad the <a href="https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/technology/damning-report-details-biden-admin-s-big-tech-censorship-push/ar-AA1o6L3b" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">FDA, HHS, NIH and CDC were too busy coordinating with Big Tech to censor vaccine criticisms</a> rather than taking legitimate vaccine injury complaints seriously.</p>

<p>“There’s a push right now on the part of some of these institutions to negotiate with the protesters, and to go ahead and put up for a vote any measure that would sort of call for divesting of funds or investments in Israel,” Cavuto told Mace. “What do you think of that?”</p>

<p>Mace went on to point out that Soros-funded groups organized many of the campus protests.</p>



<p>“You’ve got groups that are funded by George Soros. There are Palestinian rights groups that I believe are involved, funded by George Soros, and they need to be off of our college campuses if they’re committing violence, full stop,” Mace continued.</p>



<p>“Alright,” Cavuto said before pushing back on her claim. “There’s no proof that these are funded by George Soros, by the way… their folks have denied that. But, we’ll see exactly where all of this money is coming from.”</p><div class="N5PK1bAT"><div id="ifwAd"></div></div>



<p>“We’ll agree to disagree, I guess,” Mace replied.</p>



<p>Contrary to Cavuto&#8217;s denial, a network of Soros-linked groups are in fact behind these pro-Palestinian campus protests.</p>



<p>Tent cities set up at colleges including Harvard, Yale, Berkeley in California, the Ohio State University and Emory in Georgia were organized by branches of the Soros-funded Students for Justice in Palestine (SJP), the New York Post <a href="https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/us/george-soros-is-paying-student-radicals-who-are-fueling-nationwide-explosion-of-israel-hating-protests/ar-AA1nHXet" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">reported</a> last week.</p>



<p>And at least three of the college protests are being encouraged by paid radicals who are “fellows” of a Soros-funded group called the US Campaign for Palestinian Rights (USCPR).</p>



<p>From the <a href="https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/us/george-soros-is-paying-student-radicals-who-are-fueling-nationwide-explosion-of-israel-hating-protests/ar-AA1nHXet" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">New York Post</a>:</p>
