Democrat Senator Chris Coons (Del.) joined ABC’s “This Week” on Sunday to assure the audience that Kamala Harris has what it takes to become president should Joe Biden fail to see through his term.
“The vice president’s ready to run and ready to be president should that ever happen,” Coons told host Martha Raddatz.
Vice Pres. Harris has “struggled to get positive press coverage and to get the credit she deserves for the hard work that she’s been doing,” Sen. Chris Coons says.

Coons dismissed Harris’ terrible poll numbers, insisting she simply “struggled to get positive press coverage and to get the credit she deserves for the hard work that she’s been doing.”
Notably, Coons didn’t name a single accomplishment Harris achieved — likely because she doesn’t have any.
Polls show the vast majority of Democrat voters do not want Biden to run again in 2024.
The polling is so glaring that even Democrat colleagues in recent months have been discussing behind closed doors whether he should be replaced with a younger and more mentally fit candidate.
