An overwhelming majority of audience members polled by Dr. Phil McGraw following his interview with Donald Trump said they would indeed elect a convicted felon for president.
Dr. Phil revealed the surprising poll results after his sit-down interview with the former president on Thursday, showing a whopping 91% of his audience were convinced Trump would still make a great president despite his recent felony conviction.

After announcing the results of the poll, one ex-Democrat audience member who said she’s now a Republican said she enjoyed Dr. Phil’s interview with the former president so much she’s likely to vote for him.
“I am swayed,” the audience member said.
“My mindset toward him since… you all talked about the court hearing and all that; yes, I don’t feel like that was fair for him,” she said.
Elsewhere during his show, Dr. Phil informed his audience TikTok had banned the promo for his upcoming Trump interview.
