Three teenagers in Spokane, Wash., were arrested this week after they rode Lime scooters over a freshly-painted LGBT mural at a roadway intersection.

The teen suspects allegedly did donuts on a “trans pride” flag mural that was recently repainted following another vandalism incident.

The suspects reportedly proceeded to shout “F*** you F*****” and “Go to Hell,” at a witness who confronted them, according to local media.

“A different witness also heard a suspect in the group say ‘F*****’ according to court documents,” reports KREM2.

Two minors and one adult were charged with first-degree malicious mischief, with 19-year-old Ruslan V. V. Turko held on a $15,000 bond, which represents the cost to repaint the mural.

A local media correspondent freaked out when more children dared to ride scooters on the mural, just as he was reporting on the arrests the night before.

The Lime Scooter company bizarrely weighed in on the incident, saying they condemned the act and would prevent scooters from doing that again by instituting a no-ride geo-fence around the mural.

“All of us at Lime condemn these vile acts in no uncertain terms. At a time when our teams at Lime are beginning pride celebrations around the globe, it is disturbing to see the hate taking place in Spokane. Lime is taking immediate action against the perpetrators and doubling down on our support of Spokane Pride and Spokane Arts. Lime is proud to put time and resources into celebrating Pride Month each year and supporting LGBTQ+ organizations working to uplift and protect queer people in cities around the world. We will not let the hateful few spoil the joy of Pride Month in Spokane, and are grateful for those working to make Spokane more welcoming for all.”

Social media users blasted the arrests, arguing the mural shouldn’t be painted on a roadway if authorities don’t want people to ride over it.

The incident comes after Spokane city leaders broke down in tears late last month after a different vandalism event defaced the flag mural.

If only liberals got as upset over the destruction of American symbols and monuments as they do the pride flag.
