UPDATE: Elon Musk said he will watch Tucker Carlson’s interview with Alex Jones to “hear him out” regarding his case to return to X:
Also, while a poll from Musk has yet to happen, he did respond to one created by user @stillgray that overwhelmingly showed Jones should be “unbanned.”
Musk added Jones saying mean things to CNN’s Oliver Darcy is “certainly not a valid reason for suspension.”

Tech billionaire and X boss Elon Musk just said he “will consider” bringing Alex Jones back to the social media platform.
Demand for Jones’ return surged online after Tucker Carlson teased his Thursday interview with the radio host.
Responding to one of the tens-of-thousands of requests, Musk said he “will consider” the move because his platform “aspires to be the global town square.”
He also hinted at holding a poll to learn what users think about the issue.
As of this writing, Musk has not released a poll. Stay tuned for that.
Furthermore, Musk touted X’s unique fact-checking feature “Community Notes” would be there to “correct” Jones if allowed back.
