Radio host and Comedy Central late-night talk show host Charlamagne Tha God shocked his audience and co-hosts when he admitted he thinks GOP Florida Governor Ron DeSantis is a “genius” for sending illegal immigrants to the liberal elite vacation spot Martha’s Vineyard.
During the Thursday night episode of “Hell of A Week with Charlamagne tha God,” the eponymous host brought up the topic of Republican governors sending illegals to “sanctuary” cities.
Regarding nearly fifty immigrants DeSantis sent to Martha’s Vineyard last week, Charlamagne said, “I personally think it’s genius. But I wish that governors like Ron DeSantis and Greg Abbott would give Democratic governors and mayors more of a heads-up because then that would expose the hypocrisy of the Democrats, which is they don’t want immigrants here either.”
The decision to send illegals into liberal strongholds has exposed the left’s hypocrisy as the group that arrived in Martha’s Vineyard was quickly bused to a nearby military base.
A liberal pro-immigration activist from Venezuela was quoted by NBC News as comparing the illegal immigrants sent by DeSantis to “trash.”
Of course, while mainstream media and Democrat politicians try to frame the stunt as “human trafficking,” the actual migrants “thanked” Governor DeSantis for helping them travel to Massachusetts.
