Extinction Rebellion climate activists stormed the 18th green in the final round of the PGA Tour’s Travelers Championship in Cromwell, Connecticut, Sunday.
Wearing shirts reading, “No golf on a dead planet,” the six demonstrators sprayed colored powder into the air and onto the grass.

The interruption came just as tournament leaders Tom Kim and Scottie Scheffler were set to finish the hole.
Police and security guards slammed the protesters to the turf and escorted them off the property while the crowd loudly booed and started chanting, “USA! USA! USA!”
After the interruption was over, Scheffler and Kim took their shots with the former going on to win the tournament.

Disrupting American sporting events is a surefire way to get on the bad side of fans, so the boneheaded leftists are likely only doing their cause harm by engaging in annoying practices such as blocking roadways and stopping sports games.
