Former D.C. Metropolitan police officer Michael Fanone, a Democrat darling who made media appearances to bash Trump supporters following the infamous January 6th Capitol incident, is now saying he’s been “betrayed” by America because President Donald Trump pardoned 1,500 Jan. 6 hostages on Monday.
“This feels like a betrayal to you?” asked Anderson Cooper, with Fanone answering, “Oh, I have been betrayed by my country. Rest assured, I have been betrayed by my country and I have been betrayed by those that supported Donald Trump. Whether you voted for him because he promised these pardons or for some other reason, you knew that this was coming and here we are.”

During another portion of his CNN appearance, the J6 Committee star witness claimed, “My family, my children and myself are less safe today because of Donald Trump and his supporters.”
He continued, “I’ve been concerned for myself and my family’s safety ever since I testified before Congress,” and alleged somebody called his phone and threatened his life during his congressional testimony.
On January 6, 2021, Michael Fanone was violently attacked while doing his job defending the Capitol. He lost consciousness and suffered a heart attack after being beaten and shocked with a stun gun. The president just pardoned the men who attacked him.

Fanone also said his 76-year-old mother was “swatted” and had “human feces thrown on her while she was raking leaves in her front yard,” insinuating these incidents were due to his role in January 6th.
At the height of his short-lived popularity, the DC cop was hired by CNN and palled around with Democrat bigwigs such as Nancy Pelosi and Hunter Biden, as well as far-left actors Robert De Niro and Sean Penn.
Just two months ago, Fanone lashed out against Trump’s election victory during an interview with The Washington Post where he said he’s armed and ready to die fighting against federal officers if they come for his arrest.
Speaking with a WaPo reporter at his Blue Ridge Mountain home on Election Day 2024, a drunk Fanone warned, “Better fucking arm yourselves,” due to his belief that Donald Trump would unleash the DOJ on his political enemies if re-elected.
Fanone does appear on a list of enemies formed by Deep State Marauder Ivan Raiklin, causing the intoxicated former D.C. Metro officer to say, “I’ll die right here on my fucking house. I’m not going to be in some ‘Apprentice’ fucking military tribunal,” adding, “I fully expect that to happen.”
The used-up Democrat pawn is now bitter and unable to get a job, according to the Post, which explained after he testified to the Jan. 6 Committee, “he’d tried to get a job — at Walmart, at Costco, at Cabela’s — and nothing came through.”
“No one gives you a reason, but it’s pretty obvious,” Fanone told the outlet, saying half the country thinks he’s a traitor.
Now, with Trump’s pardon of the J6 political prisoners, Fanone and the establishment media are pushing their anti-MAGA narrative once again.
