California Democrat Congressman Eric Swalwell told MSNBC on Saturday their conservative competitor Fox News should be removed from all televisions located on military installations.

The far-left congressman, notorious for having sex with a Chinese spy named Fang Fang, suggested U.S. troops get banned from watching the nation’s sole conservative-leaning cable news outlet.

“I’ve been all over the world, and I’ve visited our troops in some of the harshest places, and nothing makes them feel more like home than their access, you know, to American television programming. And a popular channel is Fox News,” Swalwell stated.

Next, the congressman claimed, “I don’t want to get into the business of telling troops what they can and cannot watch,” before saying, “but if you have a news station that a court is going to rule is, in its evening hour, you know, perpetuating dis- and misinformation, I don’t know if I disagree with VoteVets who is saying we need to take a look at how this is being broadcast to our troops.”

The group VoteVets, a progressive pro-veteran organization, is behind the movement to pull Fox News from military screens.

This is a clear attack on the First Amendment, specifically targeting the same men and women who risk their lives to ensure the rights of the American people are secured.
