Time Magazine is pushing the globalist Great Reset agenda with yet another piece attacking Americans for not adopting insects into their diet to help the environment.

According to the article entitled, “They’re Healthy. They’re Sustainable. So Why Don’t Humans Eat More Bugs?“, the first step to saving the Earth is to decrease meat production.

“Demand for animal protein in particular is increasing the strain on the environment: 80% of the world’s farmland is used to raise and feed livestock, even though animals only account for 18% of global calorie consumption,” wrote Aryn Baker.

“Decreasing meat production, says the report, would remove pressure to expand livestock operations while freeing up existing land to restore native ecosystems and increase biodiversity.”

Next, introduce insects into human diets as an “elegant solution” to “climate change.”

“There is a sustainable alternative to going meat-free, the FAO says: edible insects. Grasshoppers, crickets and mealworms are rich in protein, and contain significantly higher sources of minerals such as iron, zinc, copper, and magnesium than beef. Yet pound for pound they require less land, water and feed than traditional livestock. Insect farming and processing produces significantly lower greenhouse gas emissions.”

“Not only do insects produce less waste, their excrement, called frass, is an excellent fertilizer and soil amender. Agnes Kalibata, the UN Secretary-General António Guterres’ special envoy for the 2021 Food Systems Summit, says that farming insects could provide an elegant solution to the intertwined crises of climate change, biodiversity loss, hunger and malnutrition.”

As we’ve reported, globalist institutions like the World Economic Forum and the European Union are spearheading their Great Reset effort to reshape human diets in the name of fighting “climate change.”

For example, the WEF recently published numerous articles discussing how the elites can condition humans to consume weeds, bugs, and sewage water.

And in January, the EU approved of the sale of mealworms, flies, locusts, bees, and crickets as food to be sold to humans.

So why aren’t humans eating the bugs?

Maybe it’s because bugs are revolting creatures that have no place in the diets of civilized society.

Notably, Time has been a prominent advocate for the Great Reset agenda, dedicating an entire collection page to the globalist pipe dream.

Bill Gates (the same billionaire pushing depopulation and experimental COVID vaccines) has also been a huge proponent of plant and insect-based foods, having donated to All Things Bugs and Impossible Food.
