22-year-old Riley, a nursing student at Augusta University, was found dead last week after taking a jog.
The suspect behind her killing was 26-year-old Jose Antonio Ibarra, a Venezuelan who illegally crossed into El Paso, Texas, in September 2022 and was released from U.S. Customs and Border Protection custody.
