President Donald Trump issued his most forceful rebuke of his successor Monday, vowing to investigate all within Joe Biden’s orbit if reelected as he carefully navigates legal traps set for him by the Deep State and Uniparty establishment.
Posting to Truth Social amidst a politically motivated federal indictment, Trump said upon retaking office he’d designate a special counsel to look at alleged Biden crimes.

Trump’s pledge to go after Biden comes as he has earned the title of most politically persecuted president in modern memory, as Democrats panic to try to keep him from running for office.
Meanwhile, numerous anti-Trumpers fear prosecution and even incarceration may not be enough to keep Trump from securing the presidency as he did in 2016, with many concerned this is exactly what will unfold.

So according to Paul Henderson on @MSNBC, if Trump were to be CONVICTED on federal charges he can STILL run for President AND can serve as POTUS.
To be clear if federally convicted…he would NOT be allowed to VOTE but he can be POTUS!
