Senator Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa), a ranking member of the Senate Judiciary Committee, issued a press release on Monday calling out the FBI for hobbling investigations into the Biden family.

Grassley’s office posted a notice titled, “FBI Possesses Significant, Impactful, Voluminous Evidence Of Potential Criminality In Biden Family Business Arrangements.”
In the statement, the Senator explained he recently sent a letter to Attorney General Merrick Garland, FBI Director Christopher Wray, and Delaware U.S. Attorney David Weiss — the man overseeing the criminal investigation into Hunter Biden.
Grassley asked for the bureau “to produce specific records in its possession indicating potential criminal activity in the Biden family’s foreign business deals.” and wondered if the files the FBI has on the Bidens were given to the Delaware U.S. Attorney’s Office investigating Hunter Biden.
“Since first raising concern about bias by senior leadership and a double standard by the FBI in politically sensitive investigations, numerous whistleblowers have made legally protected disclosures substantiating these concerns,” Grassley’s press release stated.
Several current and former government employees have reached out to Grassley to blow the whistle on the politicization of the FBI and to specifically expose the bureau’s lack of action regarding the information it has on Hunter Biden and his uncle James Biden.
“Based on recent protected disclosures to my office, the FBI has within its possession significant, impactful and voluminous evidence with respect to potential criminal conduct by Hunter Biden and James Biden,” Grassley wrote in the letter to Wray, Garland and Weiss.
Much of the information cited by Grassley was made public by former Hunter Biden business partner Tony Bobulinski.
The senator requested the FBI hand over any information it has on the Biden family’s shady business deals with Chinese and Ukrainian companies.
Grassley gave the FBI until October 27, 2022, to respond to the following information requests and questions:
Time will tell if the FBI continues covering for the Bidens or if the overwhelming amount of criminal ventures they’re involved with will be too much to keep under wraps.
