In an unbelievable clip only CNN could pull off, a reporter wearing a hijab in Afghanistan praised the Taliban for being “friendly” while chanting “death to America.”
CNN’s chief international correspondent Clarissa Ward, clad in a hijab, mingled with the Taliban during their takeover of Afghanistan in the signature anti-American style CNN is now known for.
“They’re just chanting ‘Death to America,’ but they seem friendly at the same time,” Ward told the audience Monday. “It’s utterly bizarre.”

Ward had been reporting from Afghanistan over the last few days covering the deteriorating situation in Kabul as the Biden admin abandoned the embassy.
The Taliban “just told me to stand aside because I’m a woman,” Ward told the camera.
The Babylon Bee, a satire news outlet, once again basically prophesied CNN’s grovelling behavior towards the Taliban with the recent headline, “CNN Praises Taliban For Wearing Masks During Attack.”
