Tennessee Congressman Andy Ogles filed articles of impeachment against Vice President Kamala Harris on Tuesday.
Ogles filed two articles of impeachment against Harris because she “has demonstrated extraordinary incompetence in the execution of her duties and responsibilities.”
The first impeachment article stems from her “willful refusal to uphold the immigration laws” as “border czar” that’s resulted in a collapsed southern border and an unprecedented influx in illegal aliens.
The second cites a “breach of public trust,” alleging that Harris “knowingly misled” the American public about the “physical and cognitive well-being” of Joe Biden.

Biden’s disastrous debate performance was an inflection point in the 2024 presidential race because it exposed his ailing cognitive faculties to the world, which was reportedly part of a “well-orchestrated” Democrat pressure campaign against him to drop out of the race.
“That debate was a set-up to convince Democrats that he couldn’t run for president,” a source close to the Biden family told the New York Post.
The Post went on, “As calls for him to bow out mounted, Biden insisted he would continue, but party bigwigs threatened to invoke the 25th Amendment to the US Constitution.”
