A Boston, Massachusetts airport is being used to house an estimated 100 illegal immigrants as seen in footage going viral online.

“Illegals are now being housed at Logan airport, Boston,” writes popular account Libs of TikTok. “The Governor previously asked citizens to take illegals into their homes MA is the only state with a right-to-shelter law which means the state must provide shelter for anyone who needs it.”

Massport spokesperson Jennifer Mehigan told The Boston Herald, “We continue to see migrants at the airport on a daily basis. They come to Logan a number of ways — some fly in, but the majority do not. They also arrive at Logan at all hours.”

Attorney and journalist Erielle Azerrad accurately noted, “Random people permitted to sleep at the airport with no identification, but you will take your shoes off at airport security and be charged extra if your bag is over 50 pounds. Welcome to anarchotyranny. It’s about to get much worse.”

CBS Boston reported on the illegals staying at the airport, explaining they asked lawmakers if the state is assisting in moving the individuals and how much it’s costing taxpayers.

“Their answers were somewhat ambiguous,” a reporter stated.

Democrat Massachusetts Governor Maura Healey said at a Monday press conference, “The airport’s been a wonderful partner,” and that state police are using overtime hours to help “manage the inflow and outflow of folks from the airport.”

Healy previously asked affluent citizens to house the illegal aliens flooding the state.

Lt. Governor Kim Driscoll said in August 2023, “Most importantly, if you have an extra room or suite in your home, please consider hosting a family. Housing and shelter is our most pressing need and become a sponsor family.”

Tesla CEO Elon Musk commented on the proposal earlier this month, writing, “They’ve run out of hotel rooms, are kicking kids out of school for illegal housing and now they want your homes too.”

Last week, a Chicago city councilman also suggested locals with large houses take in illegals, saying, “So, you know, we do have a very affluent community, a lot of big homes. What I’d like to do is direct staff to create a sign-up sheet, so, you know, for individuals that would be willing to house migrant families.”

Instead of demanding the U.S. southern border be shut down immediately, Governor Healey is asking the Biden administration for $250 million to provide aid and housing to the illegal immigrants.
