Kaiser Permanente, one of America’s top healthcare providers, is having employees watch a training video that says three-year-old children can identify as transgender and provides a list of bizarre LGBT terminology.
The video was leaked to Libs of TikTok this week by a “horrified” anonymous hospital employee who wanted to sound the alarm on the “diversity, equity and inclusion” staff training video on “gender-affirming” care.
“Many transgender people have ALWAYS known their true gender,” the video states, showing one young child who claims they’ve “always known” they were another gender.
The video presented to Kaiser staffers was created by the National Center for Transgender Equality, a D.C. nonprofit aimed at “advancing the equality of transgender people in the U.S.”
A slide from the training informs employees they need to learn how to “explain the importance of gender affirming care to employees, staff and patients.”
Later in the training video, several trans people described feeling unsafe when in public as they fear being attacked when using gendered restrooms.
On the Kaiser Permanente website, the hospital admits it provides “pediatric gender care services” where kids can undergo “surgical procedures” and receive hormone therapies.
Fox Business hosts discussed the medical establishment’s backing of a Marxist “gender revolution” where children are the key targets, calling the Kaiser training video “crazy.”

Former transgender individual Chloe Cole filed a lawsuit against Kaiser earlier this year, accusing hospital staff of coaxing her into getting a gender reassignment surgery while she was underage.
Cole cites her “deep physical and emotional wounds, severe regrets, and distrust of the medical system,” as damages resulting from the operation.
Americans are quickly waking up to the establishment-backed promotion of transgenderism among the nation’s youth.
