An 18-year-old man who has been charged with predatory criminal sexual assault of a minor after a teacher and students caught him sexually assaulting a 7-year-old girl on a Google livestream is merely suffering from “somewhat of a disability” according to his lawyer, which impairs his ability to control his impulses and results in a lack of concentration.
Catrell A. Walls, of Chicago’s South Side, was arrested Thursday October 15 by police who were informed of the assault by the victim’s first grade teacher.
During a break in the online class, the teacher instructed the students to mute their microphones and turn off their webcams. The victim’s webcam remained online, and the video livestream captured Walls immediately moving in to engage in oral sex with the victim, whose pants were pulled down.
According to the 7-year-old victim, the sexual abuse has been occurring for roughly a year.
“The victim disclosed ‘he made me put my lips on (him) and this has happened before, and I don’t want my daddy to know, it’s a secret,” Cook County Assistant State’s Attorney Andreana Turano said in court Saturday.
Philip Anderson joins The Alex Jones Show to expose the leftist media deplatforming him after exposing the Antifa and BLM terrorists that target him, called him racial slurs and smashed out his two front teeth.
According to the Chicago Tribune, an attorney for Walls has mounted the defense that the alleged pedophile suffers from “somewhat of a disability” that “impairs his ability to control his impulses and concentration.”
The lawyer also said that Walls, who is already out on bail for a weapons charge, is not a flight risk because of his “extensive family ties” and his dream of finishing high school some day.
Judge Charles Beach denied the defense’s request for bail, citing the fact that Walls is already on bail for a felony offense.
