Disturbing video leaked by the O’Keefe Media Group shows IBM CEO Arvind Krishna explaining to employees how punitive measures will be taken unless they exercise racial discrimination in their hiring practices.
Krishna said he will fire, demote or strip bonuses from execs who don’t hire enough blacks, Hispanics — or hire too many Asians, in accordance with the left’s “Diversity, Equity and Inclusion” (DEI) tenets.
“So we take underrepresented and gender. You got to move both forward by a percentage, that leads to a plus on your bonus,” Krishna said about hiring Hispanics, “and by the way if you lose, you lose part of your bonus.”

“Asians are not an underrepresented minority in tech in America. However, others are. Ditto on gender diversity. I’m not going to finesse this, for blacks we should try to get towards 13 percent,” Krishna said.
Paul Cormier, the CEO of Red Hat, a subsidiary of IBM, said in the leaked recording that Red Hat has terminated people for being unwilling to enforce DEI practices through hiring and promotion.
“We’re never going to cross the DEI off our list of priorities. This is an ongoing thing,” he said.
Title VII of the Civil Rights Act makes it illegal for employers to discriminate on the basis of race in the workplace.
The racist DEI initiatives have become so prevalent in the corporate world that 13 attorneys general in June issued a warning to Fortune 100 companies against hiring on the basis of race or gender.
We, the undersigned Attorneys General of 13 States, write to remind you of your obligations as an employer under federal and state law to refrain from discriminating on the basis of race, whether under the label of “diversity, equity, and inclusion” or otherwise. Treating people differently because of the color of their skin, even for benign purposes, is unlawful and wrong. Companies that engage in racial discrimination should and will face serious legal consequences.
The executives’ exchange is particularly hypocritical and ironic given IBM recently pulled ads from X for “racism.”
“IBM has zero tolerance for hate speech and discrimination and we have immediately suspended all advertising on X while we investigate this entirely unacceptable situation,” the company said in a statement.
The irony was not lost on X owner Elon Musk.

OMG founder James O’Keefe explained on Steve Bannon’s “War Room” Tuesday that the individual who provided the video did so in response to IBM halting advertising on X.
Now that evidence has emerged proving IBM engages in racist and illegal hiring practices, will action be taken against this tech corporation?
