“Star Wars” legend Mark Hamill, a well-known Hollywood liberal, is being attacked by the left-wing cancel culture mob for daring to stray ever so slightly from the Democrat plantation.
The internet thought police came after Hamill when he “liked” a tweet by “Harry Potter” author and fellow liberal J.K. Rowling.
Rowling, who was a left-wing darling prior to coming out against the anti-woman (and man) transgender movement, was in a feud with the UK’s first transgender news reporter India Willoughby.
Willoughby had claimed to be “more of a woman than JK Rowling will ever be,” and the author sarcastically responded, “Citation needed.”
When the Luke Skywalker actor’s Twitter followers noticed he “liked” the tweet by Rowling, many of them were unsurprisingly unaccepting.
One Twitter user accurately noted both Rowling and Hamill are extremely progressive and are only being attacked by the mob for not toeing the line on the trans issue.
Before too long, Hamill issued a mysterious statement saying he liked the tweet because “someone” was “speaking their truth to power” without clarifying who he was referring to.
“I support human rights for EVERYONE, regardless of their gender identity, PERIOD,” he wrote.
The actor was either bowing to the triggered mob by siding with Willoughby or trying to make a confusing statement so nobody is sure where he stands.
One thing is certain, it’s never a good idea to cower to the fringe left because once they smell blood they’ll never let you have your own opinion again.
