A tweet by Fox News reporter John Roberts questioning vaccine effectiveness following the high-profile death of fully-vaccinated Colin Powell drove blue checkmark liberals into hysterics on Twitter.
In a now-deleted tweet, Roberts made the common-sense observation that Powell’s death from a breakthrough Covid-19 infection raises questions about the vaccine’s long-term efficacy.
“The fact that Colin Powell died from a breakthrough COVID infection raises new concerns about how effective vaccines are long-term,” the White House correspondent tweeted.
In a Facebook post Monday, Powell’s family made it a point to note the fact that Powell was “fully vaccinated.” The post received a Facebook vaccine advisory.

There’s no question vaccine efficacy wanes over time; that’s the entire argument behind booster jabs.
Despite the very serious possibility there may be a vaccine link to the death, Roberts’ tweet was assailed by outraged Big Pharma shill leftists who went to work attempting to discredit the statement, claiming he ignored Powell’s age, 84, and the fact that he was fighting cancer.
Roberts later explained he deleted his tweet because it was being misinterpreted by the left as “anti-vax,” and proclaimed he’s a staunch vaccine proponent.
The FDA last month approved Pfizer Covid-19 booster jabs for people 65 and older.
At this time, it’s unclear whether Powell had received a booster shot.
“People with multiple myeloma have compromised immune systems and are thus at greater risk of developing severe Covid-19. Vaccines are also likely to be less effective in these patients,” reports Dnyuz.com.
“In a study published in July, researchers found that just 45 percent of those with active multiple myeloma ‘developed an adequate response’ after receiving either the Pfizer-BioNTech or Moderna vaccines.”
In a censored video last month, an Illinois doctor also explained how independent studies he conducted demonstrated the Covid-19 vaccines destroy the immune system, leaving the body susceptible to illness.
Reports out of the UK, highlighted by former New York Times science writer Alex Berenson on the Joe Rogan Experience last week, also showed fully-vaccinated people in older age groups were nearly twice as likely to be infected with Covid-19 than their unvaccinated counterparts.
