Joe Biden appeared to have some difficulty breathing while wearing his mask during a speech in Ohio touting Obamacare.
Speaking from The Ohio State University in Columbus on Tuesday, a masked Biden kept eliciting a distracting wheezing sound every time he stopped to take a breath between sentences during his short remarks.
Biden couldn’t help but make the ridiculous wheezing sound dozens of times during his 15-minute speech promoting the job-killing “The American Rescue Plan.”
Users on social media also noticed Biden’s bizarre performance, likening him to Darth Vader and the Batman villain Bane.
Is that Biden breathing through his nose/mask between sentences…or is there a sleeping pug at his feet???
