Footage released by Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) on Tuesday shows law enforcement agencies attempting to suss out the details of the failed attempt on Donald Trump’s life.
Bodycam footage, obtained from Beaver County Emergency Services through a congressional Freedom of Information Act request, shows Secret Service agents atop the roof where Thomas Matthew Crooks managed to fire several rounds at Trump.

In the video, Thomas’ corpse can be seen laying on the roof with blood streaming down from his body as Secret Service agents discuss whether a nearby bike belonged to him.
A Secret Service agent also inquires if officers know about another suspect who was detained and said to be the owner of the bike, to which the officers responded they were unaware.
“Bodycam footage provides more info than Secret Service will share w America,” Grassley wrote on X, adding, “We NEED detailed answers ASAP on security failures, TRANSPARENCY BRINGS ACCOUNTABILITY.”
