Conservative commentator Nick Fuentes was arrested and charged with battery for pepper-spraying a liberal woman who visited his home after he was doxxed by leftists last month.

Reports surfaced Friday the leader of the “America First” movement, whose followers are known as “groypers,” surrendered himself to the Berwyn, Illinois, police department on November 27, where he was booked, had his mugshot taken, and was charged with battery.

The arrest came weeks after 57-year-old Democrat Marla Rose traveled to Fuentes’ Illinois home on Nov. 10 to confront him, following his address being leaked online after he posted, “Your body, my choice. Forever,” sparking outrage among liberals already angered by Kamala Harris’ defeat.

Rose documented the incident on video and in a Facebook post:

So I rang the doorbell, he immediately swung the door open like he was at damn Waco, sprayed me with a burning liquid (Pepper spray? Mace?) and pushed me down the stairs onto his sidewalk. I rolled into a protective position because I was anticipating kicks or stomps, he grabbed my phone, ran back inside, bolted the door and shut the blinds.

Rose later documented that an officer she approached following the incident expressed skepticism that she wanted to file charges against Fuentes after she trespassed onto his private property to harass him.

“Also: The cop actually had the nerve, when I asked about pressing charges, to say, ‘For what?’ I said, dumbfounded, ‘For ASSAULT.’ And he was like, ‘Well, you went to his door,’” Rose wrote in a Facebook comment.

Fuentes on Friday posted photos of his mugshot to X:

It remains to be seen whether Fuentes will face trial over the misdemeanor battery charge, or if the case will be resolved through a plea agreement or dismissal.
