Joe Biden’s press secretary Jen Psaki praised Texas Gov. Greg Abbott (R) for bussing illegal aliens into Washington, D.C., claiming that the criminals are “free to travel” anywhere in the U.S. once they’ve crossed the southern border.
When asked during a press briefing Wednesday about Abbott’s efforts to send illegals to D.C. to teach Biden a lesson about the open southern border, Psaki commended rather than condemned Abbott.
“These are all migrants who have been processed by CBP and are free to travel, so it’s nice the state of Texas is helping them get to their final destination as they await the outcome of their immigration proceedings — and they’re all in immigration proceedings,” Psaki said.

That didn’t go as planned.
Rather than follow the Constitution and laws on the books, Abbott instead vowed last week to send busloads of illegal immigrants to DC, saying “Texas is bringing the border” to Biden.
Abbott directed the Texas Division of Emergency Management (TDEM) to transport illegals apprehended from the Del Rio sector in Texas to the nation’s capital and other locations outside his state, where they arrived blocks from the Capitol building on Wednesday morning.
Notably, according to Section 274(a)(1)(A)(ii) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (I.N.A.), it’s illegal to move or attempt to transport illegal aliens within the United States by means of transportation or otherwise.
Abbott’s illegal political stunt, rather than address the root cause of the influx of illegal aliens into the U.S., really only exacerbated the situation and further helped Biden distribute more illegals deeper in the country.
The Biden Administration has been dropping off illegal immigrants in communities across the country for months now.
