Florida Congresswoman Anna Paulina Luna (R) on Monday accused Attorney General Pam Bondi of delaying the release of the Epstein client list and the JFK files.
Bondi last Friday confirmed the files related to deceased billionaire pedophile Jeffrey Epstein were on her desk “in the process of being reviewed,” along with the JFK and MLK assassination files, by order of President Donald Trump.
“It’s sitting right now on my desk to review. That’s been a directive by President Trump. I’m reviewing that, I’m reviewing JFK files, MLK files. That’s all in the process of being reviewed because that was done at the directive of the president,” Bondi told Fox News.

Despite Trump signing an executive order mandating the release of the files, the documents have still not yet been declassified.
Rep. Luna, who was tapped earlier this month to lead the House Oversight Committee’s Task Force on the Declassification of Federal Secrets, was called into question by Ret. Lt. Gen. Mike Flynn over the slow-walking of the Epstein and JFK disclosures.
Luna responded on X, “Hey Gen. Flynn, you of all people would know that I nor the committee have any declass authority. The declassification approval is done by [National Security Advisor Mike Waltz], [Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard], BONDI, and WH Council. You know this. WE do need transparency but we ALSO NEED PEOPLE LIKE YOU PUTTING OUT CORRECT INFO. :)”

Flynn replied back that the files should be declassified without further delay since Trump signed the executive order.
“Rep Luna, thank you very much for responding. I do appreciate it. I am fully aware of declass authorities. The POTUS already signed the order. At this stage, there is no more debating the classification. The files should be fully, 100 percent released without any redactions. The American people can take whatever it is we are to learn. We already know a lot,” Flynn wrote.
Thank you @GenFlynn

“The people and the USG agencies that can’t take it are those who will be exposed because of what we will learn. We need accountability and no more long legislative processes and congressional investigations…we need DOGE like transparency. Again, many thanks for all you’re doing. You’re a fighter and we want you to keep fighting. There are very few in Congress who are willing to stick their necks out.”
In the wake of this pressure, Luna then confronted Bondi on social media demanding answers on the release of these files.
“AG Pam Bondi, We saw over the weekend you are reviewing all files from JFK to Epstein! We are ALL anticipating their release! When will they be declassified and available to the public?”

Luna added, “On Feb 11 & Feb 19, House Oversight sent a letter to the DOJ asking for status on releasing the Epstein files as well as JFK etc. The DOJ has not responded. Reaching out on X because we can’t seem to get a response from the AG. AG Pam Bondi, what is the status of the documents? These documents were ordered to be declassified.”

Rep. Luna in a press conference on Feb. 11 said that the Defense Department, Justice Department, intelligence agencies like the CIA and NSA, the House Oversight Committee, and the White House will collectively investigate the JFK, RFK and MLK assassinations, the Epstein client list, the COVID origins, the UFO/UAP phenomena, and the 9/11 files.
“This will no longer be a task force that makes bold promises only to fade into irrelevance or send strongly worded letters. This will be a relentless pursuit of truth and transparency,” Luna said, adding her task force will “cut through the bureaucracy, challenge the stonewalling, and ensure that the American people finally get the truth that they have been denied for too long.”
