Rep. Thomas Massie (R-Ky.) accused outgoing NIAID Director Anthony Fauci of attempting to evade accountability for his bungling of the Covid pandemic response by quietly slipping out of his top government position.
Comparing Fauci to a “snake oil salesman” scurrying out of a town where he hocked ineffective cures, tonics and potions, Rep. Massie highlighted numerous missteps made by Fauci during the crisis, including his promotion of masks, lockdowns and faulty vaccines.
“Science didn’t evolve, Fauci ignored science,” Rep. Massie stated, commenting on an MSNBC interview Monday in which the NIAID director acknowledged the federal government mishandled the crisis.
Science didn’t evolve, Fauci ignored science.
He denied the existence of natural immunity.
He spoke of droplets to avoid acknowledging the size of the virus was too small to be stopped by the filters of loose fitting cloth masks.

In that interview, Fauci admitted, “With Covid, things that we thought we knew at the beginning as the months went by turned out not to be the case,” adding, “That was interpreted as flip flopping when it really was the evolution of the science.”
Holding his feet to the fire, Rep. Massie blasted Fauci for deceiving the American people on the effectiveness of vaccines, which do nothing to protect from, or stop the spread of Covid.
“The vaccine trials were designed NOT to show the vaccines didn’t prevent infection or spread, but he spoke as if they did,” Massie pointed out.

He ignored harm caused by locking down people – delayed cancer screenings, untreated diabetes, un-filled prescriptions, mental health (suicides), etc.

Continuing, the Kentucky congressman added Fauci has thus far not formally recognized the thousands of adverse reactions caused by the poison jabs, or the harm the lockdowns caused.
He ignored and still ignores all side effects of the novel mRNA vaccines.
The policies he advanced never properly acknowledged that the elderly had exponentially more risk than children.
He cared not about the stunted social and educational development of children.

In addition to ignoring natural immunity, Dr. Fauci also “downplayed early treatments and promoted late stage expensive pharmaceuticals while ignoring their side effects,” Rep. Massie tweeted.

Fauci isn’t science, he’s a snake oil salesman trying to quietly ride his wagon out of town before the people hold him accountable for his fraud.

The Republican congressman’s criticism comes as several other Republicans, including fellow Kentucky Rep. Rand Paul (R), vowed to hold Fauci accountable after he announced his intention to resign from his 38-year government post in December.
