A man who was recently sentenced for abusing his stepdaughter rammed a car into the Russian Embassy in Romania this morning, in what was described as a “terrorist attack.”
The culprit was found dead inside his vehicle after dousing himself in gasoline and setting himself on fire.
Reports say the act was an “intentional” protest against Russian involvement in Ukraine, with the Embassy later releasing a statement asserting that it was “beyond any doubt that the driver was influenced by the anti-Russian hysteria” surrounding the alleged war crime in Bucha.
The driver was subsequently identified as Bogdan Draghici, who had recently been sentenced to 15 years in prison for abusing his stepdaughter while still being under investigation for other sex crimes.

Draghici was a vocal opponent of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, writing on Facebook two days before the attack, “I’m Ukrainian too! It would be great if we would all consider ourselves Ukrainians until this terrible war, which puts the whole of humanity in mortal danger, is finally over!”
“What occurred this morning was basically a terrorist attack, although there are many circumstances that make this incident more difficult to understand,” Russian Ambassador Valery Kuzmin asserted.
