Amazing video out of Florida shows a man successfully wrestle a puppy from the jaws of an alligator – all without dropping his cigar.

The now-viral security cam footage shows the man leap into a swamp to snatch an alligator out of the water clutching the helpless pup, prying open its jaws until the puppy freed itself.

The heroic act caught the attention of Florida Rep. Matt Gaetz (R), who wanted to know what district the man lived in, presumably to extend his praise.
